Why here: Map Ta Phut is Southeast Asia's largest petrochemical complex. Direct pipeline infrastructure for chemicals. Deepwater port for bulk materials.

Key industrial estates: Wellgrow, 304 Industrial Park (expanding into Chachoengsao)
Industries: Electronics, auto parts, food processing, logistics
Why here: EEC target zone for new investment. New high-speed rail connection to Bangkok (under construction). Lower land costs than Chonburi/Rayong.
