1. Use of the platform
SiamB2B ("the Platform") is a business directory and supplier discovery service operated by MeruTech. By accessing or using SiamB2B, you agree to these terms. The Platform is intended for legitimate B2B sourcing and trade inquiries only.
2. Accuracy of data
Business profiles on SiamB2B are compiled from public sources including Thai government registries (DBD, DITP), Google Places, and other open directories. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing. Always verify supplier details independently before entering into commercial agreements.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using Google sign-in or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person or business entity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in spam, fraud, or abusive behavior.
4. Inquiry system
The inquiry system allows registered buyers to contact suppliers listed on the Platform. Inquiries must be genuine business communications. You may not use the inquiry system to send unsolicited advertising, phishing attempts, or any content unrelated to B2B sourcing. We reserve the right to limit or revoke inquiry access for misuse.
5. Supplier profiles
Thai businesses may claim and manage their profile for free. Claimed profiles can be updated with additional details, products, and media. A "Verified" badge indicates that the business has completed our identity verification process — it does not constitute an endorsement of the business's products, services, or financial standing.
6. No liability for transactions
SiamB2B is a directory and communication platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. We do not process payments, guarantee product quality, or mediate disputes. All commercial dealings are solely between the buyer and supplier. MeruTech and SiamB2B disclaim all liability arising from transactions facilitated through the Platform.
7. Intellectual property
The SiamB2B name, logo, and platform design are the property of MeruTech. Business data sourced from public records is presented as-is. You may not scrape, bulk download, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
