What data we collect

When you create a SiamB2B account, we collect your email address and display name (provided via Google sign-in or entered manually). When you use the Platform, we may also collect:

• Search queries and browsing history on the Platform
• Inquiries sent to suppliers
• Saved businesses and search preferences
• Company name and country (if provided during registration)
• Locale preference (stored in a cookie)

How we use your data

• To deliver search results and supplier recommendations
• To route inquiries from buyers to suppliers
• To send transactional emails (magic links, inquiry confirmations)
• To improve the Platform through aggregated usage analytics

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not display your personal email address to suppliers unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Business data sources

Business profiles listed on SiamB2B are compiled from public sources: the Thai Department of Business Development (DBD), the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) exporter database, Google Places, and other open government datasets. This information is publicly available and does not constitute personal data under the PDPA. Businesses may request removal of their listing at any time.

Cookies

SiamB2B uses a minimal set of cookies: a session cookie for authentication and a locale preference cookie to remember your language selection. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Thai PDPA compliance

SiamB2B complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562). We process personal data on the legal basis of consent (account creation) and legitimate interest (displaying public business records). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@siamb2b.com.

Right to removal

If your business is listed on SiamB2B and you want your profile removed, you can submit a removal request. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
